Outram Park Fried Kway Teow Mee – Is it worth the wait??
When you have tasted a really good plate of dish,you will never forget its taste.When I was still a kid,my parents once brought me to a famous Char Kway Teow stall in Penang and it was the best Char Kway Teow I ever had.It was savoury with robust flavours from the hot wok,hot chilli,lard,韭菜和鸭蛋。It was very memorable because the owner used charcoal fire and her wok had a hole at a corner.
I always believe that,if you decided to vwin备用eat a plate of Char Kway Teow,you should only vwin备用eat the best.Meaning to say,you should never waste your calories on those which is not shiok to begin with.For me,一盘好茶一定有猪油，because that is one of a contributing factor to its good taste.Of course,the"镬黑是另一个决定性因素。Therefore,food lovers will go all the way to find a good plate of Char Kway Teow.
That is why,you will see the long queues forming at Outram Park Fried Kway Teow.The stall was first started by Mr Ng's father at Metropole Cinema in Tanjong Pagar in the 50s.然而，这个摊位是以他们在Outram公园的第二个出口的任期命名的。吴先生从一开始就帮助他的父亲，10年前正式接手。
Mr Ng is very focused on his frying and is very patient to ensure that the noodles are well fried before serving them.If you noticed,he"dances"while frying his char Kway Teow.这是为了防止他的腿疲劳。
库伊·特奥的盘子里有鸡冠，bean sprouts & fried pork lard to complement the tasty egg.面条很滑，完全涂上特别的黑酱，然后用铁锅包好。Every other bite comes with the crunchy deep-fried lard.Each plate of Char Kway Teow costs $3.
I think this is worth the wait.But it is not my top favourite.
